Participation constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules. The VALA Voyage begins at the times and dates outlined on the offer page. The promotion is sponsored by VALA Labs Ltd., located in the United Kingdom.

ELIGIBILITY
The VALA Voyage is open to residents of any country where such promotions are allowed, who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of VALA, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, their immediate family members and persons living in the same household, are not eligible.

HOW TO ENTER
During the promotion period, eligible participants can enter via the VALA website at [tradevala.com]. Participants will be directed to our partner platform to complete a profile and register. Registration requires a valid email address. Participants may be prompted to link a cryptocurrency wallet and a social media account to accumulate points.

HOW TO ACCRUE POINTS:

Complete tasks specified by VALA to earn FUEL points.
Points for each task are specified on the registration platform.
Real-time standings can be viewed on the promotion's leaderboard.
Winners are determined by their leaderboard position at the end of the promotion.

WINNER NOTIFICATIONS
Winners will be contacted within three weeks after the promotion ends via the email provided at registration. The promotion will last for a few months. Contestants will be notified via VALA's social channels.

PRIZES

Top 20 participants get 10% of the prize pool.
Top 21-40 get 10% of the prize pool.
Top 41-100 get 10% of the prize pool.
Top 101-1,000 get 10% of the prize pool.
TOP 1,001-10,000 GET 15% of the prize pool.
TOP 10,001-50,000 GET 20% of the prize pool.
Top 50,001-100,000 get 15% of the prize pool.
ALL REMAINING PARTICIPANTS get 10% of the prize pool.
Subsequent participants receive exclusive early access or special features within VALA.
Remaining participants receive various tiers of rewards, including eligibility to receive VALA token airdrops claimed through the app.
All FUEL Points earned, will be converted to VALA Tokens.

PRIZE CONDITIONS
Prizes are subject to verification and compliance with the official rules. Unclaimed or undeliverable prizes may lead to disqualification and selection of alternate winners. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for VALA to use the winner's details for promotional purposes without further compensation.

USE OF DATA
All participant information will be treated according to VALA’s privacy policy. By entering, participants agree to VALA’s collection and usage of their personal information.

DISPUTES
Disputes arising from this promotion will be resolved individually, without resort to class action, exclusively by a court located in the United Kingdom. All issues will be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

INTERNET LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
VALA is not responsible for any malfunction or disruption of the promotion due to technical issues. In case of disruption, VALA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion.

These rules create a framework that ensures fair participation and outlines how winners are determined and prizes are awarded. By entering, participants agree to abide by these terms and the decisions of VALA, which are final and binding in all matters related to the promotion.
